What’s included in the plus package?
A more complex website of either up to 6 + customised pages (plus unlimited dummy pages) or a complete E-Commerce system with products, payment method, and standard WooCommerce delivery. All paid plugins are not included.

Are there any other packages?
Anything can be tailored to your needs whether it is a website, design, photography or video project. During the initial free consultation, we can chat on what is important to you, who your clients are, the industry you are in and your competition. This and further research will help to place your business ahead of your competitors.
What are your Terms and Conditions on Fees?
My fees are as follows:
– $140 per hour + GST, billed in 30-minute increments.
– An initial consultation via phone or email prior to project commencement is complimentary.
– Brief phone calls under 5 minutes are not charged. Multiple calls in one day may be billed.
– Any consultations (phone, email or in-person) after project completion are chargeable unless otherwise agreed.
– Any third-party costs (e.g. domain registration, hosting, premium plugins) will be discussed and approved prior to purchase.
– Additional requests outside the agreed scope (including updates or changes after final delivery) will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
– Invoices will outline the work completed and time spent. Payment is due within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed prior to project commencement.
– A 50% deposit is required for most projects, with the remaining balance due prior to final handover or launch.
