What’s included in the basic web package?

A professional-looking website ideal for increasing awareness of your small business with 5 pages, Social Media Integration, Blog and Security plugin. Your email will be set up referring to the domain name. If you do not have a domain or hosting I will help set this up as well.

You will receive a comprehensive user guide so you can upload your own content and can keep ongoing costs down.

What’s included  in the plus package?

A more complex website of either up to 6 + customised pages (plus unlimited dummy pages) or a complete E-Commerce system with products, payment method, and standard WooCommerce delivery. All paid plugins are not included.

Are there any other packages?

Anything can be tailored to your needs whether it is a website, design, photography or video project. During the initial free consultation, we can chat on what is important to you, who your clients are, the industry you are in and your competition. This and further research will help to place your business ahead of your competitors.

What are your Terms and Conditions on Fees?

My fees are:
– $110 per hour billed at 30 minutes minimum + GST.

Initial consultation by phone/email prior to project commencement is free.

Telephone calls that are under 5 minutes are not chargeable unless there is more than one phone call in the day.

Consultations in-person/phone/writing after the initial site completion are chargeable unless there was a prior agreement.

If additional costs outside of providing my service are to be incurred (i.e. domain setup/plugin price), I will advise you of the need and details of this additional expense.

All additional requests (e.g site additions and changes after the final initial invoice will incur an hourly rate, charged at $55 minimum (30 minutes).

The invoice will summarise the work that was done and the time that it has taken. Payment is due 48 hours from the invoice unless specified prior to the project commencing. For most projects, there is a 50% deposit.
